The Property Technician of the Year Award is presented annually to an individual whose exemplary service to their employer and the community they serve during the current year merits special recognition.

All nominees must be active members of TAPEIT. Individuals submitting a nomination must possess direct and personal knowledge of the nominee’s achievements and professional contributions.

The selected recipient, or a designated agency representative, must be present at the TAPEIT Conference Awards Ceremony to accept the award.
